    It seems like you have enabled "REGISTER & LOGIN SIMULTANEOUSLY " in your custom registration form but not enabled  " SKIP MAIL VERIFICATION  " .Please enable " SKIP MAIL VERIFICATIOn " also in your lms -> settings -> registration forms .
