Registration page do not work

Hi.. my register page stop working too. Pleace advice! I remove allcodes on wplms-customizer.php and deactivate last plugins that i was instaled Also i was update all plugins When i try to register the page just refresh and there is no new user registration. https://securityacademy.com/register/ I try to manage new custom registration form for students but it does not work also... when i click Register button, the button just freeze https://securityacademy.com/reg2/ What can be the reason and how can i fix that? My server run on PHP version 5.3.24 and i have a message in dashbord wit advice to migrate to new PHP version. Is it possible that problem to be from my old PHP version? I wait godaddy to migrate my server and to allow me to update my PHP version. Also if i can not deal with that is it a problem if i remove force budipress registration on TAKE THAT COURSE process and leave users to register via their check out process details? I need solution ASAP pease.

Hi.. I am not sure what's the issue here but yes we recommend using php version from 5.6 to 7.0 only as buddypress works fine within these php version. So please try changing the php version. Let me know if this doesn't help.

Hi. Thanks.. i found the problem. I was add diferend than main directory of my wordpress in "Site Address (URL)" because i used temporary front page diferend that wordpress one... and after i activate "original" main directory and the registration works.
