remove image background and other styling issues

We are using this theme option https://demos.wplms.io/academy/ toward the middle of the page where we have the two background images, we want to remove them from the mobile version. I tried different methods but couldn't sort this out. Second Issue, We want to be able to disable and enable the "login" link from the top right of the page. The third issue, we want to also hide the "shopping cart" from the menu. We have added a language flag to switch between French and English, the flag disappears from the top menu as soon as you log in.

Issue 1: In the mobile version it comes as a background. Thank you for the update. i want to be able to modify the footer so that I can control how the columns are viewed in the mobile version, can I do this on elementor? i couldn't find it anywhere and at the moment it is looking a bit ugly. see screenshot. https://www.dropbox.com/s/e2loy6gsb8yprzk/Screen%20Shot%202020-11-27%20at%2012.35.32.png?dl=0 can you guide me please

Hi This is actually not what I am looking what we want to achieve which currently couldn't do is the following: The top footer on mobile version: where it says "A Dedicated E-learning..." I want this to be on its own row on the mobile device both landscape and portrait. and the two menus to be together side by side on the second row in both landscape and portrait. The bottom footer, i want the row into 50% each. At the moment it doesn't look like that. If you see the Copyright is split into 3 lines where Social media is in one line. Again i want this to be in two rows on a mobile device.

Thank you very much that worked very well. What about the main desktop view. How can have the bottom footer split into 50% with social media icons? At the moment the text on the left of the bottom footer is displayed in 3 lines.
