Remove Quiz answers from comments

I just tried to use this (https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/removing-quiz-questions-answers-from-all-comments-in-backend/) to remove the quiz answers from the comments in the backend. I only would like to see "real" comments there. The code didn't work. How can I do it?

I checked your website and found that you had not even added the code in your website. I added the code and it worked fine.
