I am having problems with the renewal of my subscribers when the payment fails and they make a new subscription. After an automatic renewal fail, the user makes a new subscription but they are still marked as "expired" under each course.
How can I solve this?

please let me know which subscription are you using.
also if it is possible please share a video of the entire process so that I can replicate this issue on my local test setup. once the issue is identified, I will start working on a resolution.
