Reset Password is not working

Dear When ANy user ask for reset password . Only sent mail . but there is no any reset link. check : https://snag.gy/adcxVA.jpg Please resolve it.

please also tell from where  you are trying to reset password ? is it the wp-admin screen ?

Well you can goto wp-admin -. lms-> settings -> emails -> email options screen . there you will find a button to edit forgot password email templates . There you can edit the email template . The forget password link is generated from the token : {{{user.forgotpasswordlink}}}   please do not change it use it as it is . refer : http://prntscr.com/lrzneh
