    Hello All, I´ve a question regarding the review function. I've already reset the average rating and the number of ratings through the custom fields. Unfortunately I can't find the function to reset the overview about the number for each stars (see http://prnt.sc/d92hlf). Can someonebody give me a hint? Thanks in advance. Best regards

    This cannot be reset because it comes from the comments, to remove this you'll have to delete the comments/review of the user.

    But there are no comments. Its empty

    Can you please confirm if you have trashed the comments or deleted the comments ?
