Can you please try your instructions in someone else's computer ? because when i click on google icon it asks me to add the account which then asks me to approve in the phone which is connected to the google account and since i am unable to approve it i can not login to get FTP access.
I am going to try by using "File manager" plugin in your site and see if things work

When I want to share my credentials, instructions a link, etc., and click on ADD REPLY, it doesn't save, the page just refreshes and nothing happens.
Fix you goddamn support platform and make it usable for your clients.
This is the worst support I've ever received from all the online services I use.
