Security check failed

When i enter a course and check the "ADMIN" tab to add students, at first time looks like i have added them to the course, however when i reload the page, they doesn't appear as students but they appear as "members". The course is not on their profiles though. Also when i try to use the filters or pagination i'm getting a "security check failed" error. hi can I check this on your site! please provide both admin as well as student details to check this
