we often have this error, it seemed to depend on wordefence which we then deactivated but instead the error persists. It seems absurd but it seems to occur at period, in fact yesterday was not going then we deactivated wordefecne and I made 2 test recordings and everything okay this morning, without having updated or installed anything in the meantime, try again and still gives me error. B efore buying, people often register and not everyone warns us that registration is not successful so these are lost sales.

The issue is actually related to caching .The security key gets cached on the user browser or on the server html . If you have any caching please first clear all the caches and deactivate the caching plugin . If its possible to exclude that page from caching please do that .
