Send message to all student from a course page

I try to send a message to all students. Does not works. I try with a single student or more students by checking the square.I also tried to check "all students". This problem occurs in all courses.

Hello @emanuelecantoro, Private messaging feature was not enabled in your site. Due to which messaging feature was not working. To enable go to wp-admin > settings > buddypress refer: https://prnt.sc/sd4xwy Right now, I have enabled this feature in your site. Now, the feature will work   Thanks,
