Server 500 error during installation

Hi! I am Joey whom bought WPLMS from Envato Market last month. I met some problems during my installation process for the product. After I installed and activated all required plugins and recommended plugins, ‘Server 500 error’ showed up both on the Admin Dashboard and my own website. I tried to solve this problem based on the process in the forum by editing wp-config.php, .htaccess and php.ini, but it didn’t help at all. Also I tried different version of Wordpress and updated the WPLMS, but the problem is still there.

After that, I doubted that the problem was caused by the incompatibility between plugins and the theme or Wordpress. So I deleted each plugins to test it. The result shows that if there is any of these three plugins installed, buddydrive, wplms assignment or vibe custom types, the ‘server 500 error’ would show up. But if I don’t install those plugins, the WPLMS won’t work normally. So I need your support to help me to solve this problem and make the WPLMS work.

Additionally, I find out that all themes in the Child Themes can’t work at all. When I tried to install them to my server and activated them, my website showed blank page. Can you please help me to install those themes and make them work successfully? I really want to make my website shows the same effect like the demo in the modern theme.

Based on above description I am 100% sure you've missing a very basic thing. If you want me to check, please share WP Admin credentials of your site.

Your site url shows me 404 not found error. Share the correct site url to check.

I checked your site and found out your php memory limit is less, refer: http://prntscr.com/a3wfgu make it atleast 128mb (recommended). Still I was able to install the theme, its installed now. When I activate buddypress (For now I have deleted it so that your dashboard could open) the server shows 500 error, it seems like your server is not capable of handling it. So ask your webhost to increase your memory limit. For now you can access your wp-admin, when the memory limit is increased then install and activate buddypress. So please update your theme also.

i had the same error, increased memory as adviced to 128MB.... STill the error.... When i removed the plugin 'vibe-customtypes' it would work again... but with every 'one click' install... same results.... untill i increased the memory to 258MB... THAT was the trick! Finally the one-click install worked and i got some results...

This is a php configuration error . Please contact your webhost on this . Increase the memory limit to 512MB from wp-config.php file as well as from host also . https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

It seems your server php version is less than 5.3. We’ve already resolved this issue in the coming update. For now you can download the vibe custom types plugin from this link http://ow.ly/YdWvD and get started with the theme.

Hey I have probably this same problem. Installed 4.4.2 WordPress. I set 512M inside .htaccess, wp-config.php and php.ini ( then restart apache). I have php 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.14. When I try add theme wplms.zip (required to add child wplms_modern.zip) I got ' Internal server error 500'. Please help me fix it. PS If need some screenshots - just say I will add.
