Shortcode of a plugin is not working

Dear Author, I had trouble in using your quiz system, as the fill-in blank question did not work (I could create a blank quiz, but failed to find any cursor for filling in it). So I installed WP-Pro-Quiz plugin, and created a quiz unit using a shortcode. But the shortcode is not working, revealing itself on the page. Below is the screenshot. Would you please help with this? Thanks in advance!

YEs you have to click it two times to be able to fill in the blank in the wplms quizzes . To make shortcode to work please do the following settings : 1. GOto lms -> settings -> Enable the Disable ajax in Course unit load 2. Goto WPLMS -> course manager -> Unit Locking -> Force prev Unit/Quiz Complete In this way you will have enabled the ajax in courses and the page will load each time when you click next unit and this will make the shortcode run  as the page will load . .
