Hello, We did the renewal to get help on "Negative marking in decimal points". If you can't provide this option. At least help us to know the code files so that we can edit them to solve the issue. We have purchased the theme also renewed it for support for one particular option. At $75 lifetime license expecting telephonic support is an over-expectation. Lastly, Yes, this is possible with our react Quiz framework. We are working on this already. You can expect an update in next couple of days for this.

This is a much-needed requirement for us.  We have been trying to update the code from our end. but we couldn't get any option on the particular thing. As you said if there is no option on it. We want to take our support renewal back. We can only repay once you can provide the solution code. We have purchased the theme long back. But we did pay to get help on the decimal negative marking option. Understand the issue and Please refund our payment.
