Site creating mailchimp lists but auto sync in new lists not working

Hello, would you kindly help me on this issue? The plugin is succesfully creating lists for new courses but users are not being subscribed to the right list but just in the general list selected. Then I have to manually move them. How to add users directly to the right list? Thanks

Thanks for sharing the credentials I checked your website and found out that you have selected the same list for all your lists. Please refer the tutorial on mailchimp for more details on how the lists should be added. Tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcoYAUOAwVo You have to add different lists there.

It worked, thanks. People unsubscribing from mailchimp are being synchronized back in though. Can people unsubscribe just from mailchimp without having to unsubscribe also from the website?

Yes this is an issue, so marking this as a bug. This happens because we check is the user is enrolled in the course then we automatically sync the user in the list. So even if the user has unsubscribed from the mailchimp list, then also the user will be synced in the list as the user is still enrolled in the course. So marking this as a bug.
