    Hie. my site is not automatically updating , l tried to use the manual method but still not updating. Can you assist.

    @Mufiri, Checked your site. It seems that ThemeForest API key is wrong. That's why you are not getting an automatic update. First Check your API Key and enter the correct one. Refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/how-to-find-buyer-api-key-in-themeforest/

    Well if you have made changes in directly in theme files then you are gonna loose your customizations .We always recommends to make customization using a child theme .you can add your custom code in child theme functions.php file .Use hooks and filters provided in theme to overwrote the functionalities .
