Site Way too slow

Hi can you please assist me. My site is way too slow, I followed all the guidelines given from past forums

1. Installing  <span style="font-weight: bold; color: #52565a; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;">W3 Total Cache</span>
2. Moving my server from shared to Dedicated Server with (8GB RAM, 500GB space, unlimited bandwidth, and 4 core processors)
3. Removing any unused plugins
4. Increasing the PHP memory
5. Installing Smush

Please advise as my system went live today and all learners are complaining of the system being slow. The location of the system is masithuthukeonline.co.za
