click here to subscribe to this topic: http://prntscr.com/uv9m14 And whenever we will post a reply here, you will receive an email Your GTMetrix Report: http://prntscr.com/uv9nn8 install this plugin “query monitor” refer this tip to know which plugin is actually putting a load on your server: https://kinsta.com/blog/query-monitor/ Using caching techniques like memcached, opcache on server side might improve some speed . Also try switching to php version 7.0 (not 7.1 ,its unstable and is not compatible with theme ) . Also follow this caching tip : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/wplms-with-w3-total-cache/ Deactivate plugins that you don't feel necessary Please also try disabling touch points if you have enabled them from wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> touch points . Use Any third-party plugin for minimizing and reducing the image sizes And this error database connection, SSL certification failed Is not coding related error. It is server related error. You can check articles as well on these topics so if your webhost is saying it is due to theme code then he is wrong
