Hello, this night there was a wordpress update to 4.7.5 and now the website speed is extrem slow. My waiting time for the server was about 1 second and is now about 10 seconds. Is this only because of my webhoster or is it a wordpress/theme issue? This shows the pingdom tool: My hosters 1und1.de says, that woocommerce stresses the database, but I think this is bullshit. I think, that the waiting time for the page calling is only because of the webhoster, but I am not 100% sure. How can i analyse what causes this long waiting time? Thank you very much!

Thanks for your tips! I will try it soon. BeaverBuilder made a update and its better now, maybe this was the reason. Also I installed a caching plugin, this helped a lot, too.

    hi @sandeep,

may be the use of non-optimized images (use of the image which has larger in size ) : http://prntscr.com/q2roag

please follow the instructions mentioned here: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/demo.tradelineacademy.com/jlrFQ84z

Also, we usually recommend VPS or dedicated server for wplms .Wplms is not just a simple theme like others which are just used to display pages .Wplms has so many features and settings related to LMS . IT also uses buddypress (social plugin ) and woocommerce (used for products and payments ) which are in itself a bit heavy for shared hosting .

Hosting service we recommend is : Wpengine .

    install this plugin "query monitor"

refer this tip to know which plugin is actually putting load on your server : https://kinsta.com/blog/query-monitor/

Using caching techniques like Memcached, opcache on server-side might improve some speed .

Also try switching to PHP version 7.0 or 7.2

Also follow this caching tip : https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/wplms-with-w3-total-cache/

Deactivate plugins that you don't feel necessary.

if all the above will not work for then please create your own topic.
