some courses to belongs to multiple categories

1. yes there is one, once the data grew up in tables your website may get slow. We store our data in Wordpress tables: comments, comment meta, post meta, and usermeta, Once users start to pursue their courses and do quizzes, get their course complete the entries in these table grows and eventually site become slow if you have more than 1000 students in one course only.

2. well the rate and our availability depend upon your requirements itself. Please share them first then we can decide
