hey,

1. this section is made in visual composer, you could not use video background from there because these functionality is not available in this version of wp-bakery. it needs add-ons. the alternative solution is, upload the video in your media section and we could try to make it happen by custom codes.
2. Yes ! this could be done by going through wp-admin > appearance > widgets > main sidebar. Add/ remove items from here. Refer: http://prntscr.com/ma0cey
3. this could be done only by decreasing font size of copyright texts. goto wp-admin > appearance > customize > custom css > paste. refer: http://prntscr.com/ma0ez1             div#footerbottom .col-md-3 span>font>font {    font-size: 10px; }
4. please provide wp-admin credentials so that i can check the issue. older ones not working.
