Sort questions are not working in cell phones

Hello, A student told me that sort questions, are not working in cell phones, she sended me this video like reference. She tryes to do this question, from this test. Coud you check the problem? Rgds

Hello Latiyan, She tryed to do the test in class mode, with all the questions together. In your print the question is alone. This cannot be some difference? Rgds
