Thanks for the site link, I checked your site you are using the default template for the homepage that's why its looking like this. Please edit the page in backend and change the template to "no title" present bellow the update button.

Thanks for sharing the credentials I checked your site and found out that somehow extra 111px padding was applied on the content of this page. So I have added the custom css in your customize->custom css, and set the padding to 0 for home page. This fixed the issue, please check and confirm.
