Specifi QUiz modules were not working

In courses we had created a dynamic quiz in that create quiz question it shows to choose what type of the question is like true or false, multiple choice, short answer , In total we had 9 types of question types in that we had created quiz with each one type of question and assigned to a student. Is anyone going to help, it's been 2 days i had been raised an issue

Ok just checked this and found issues in quiz configuration itself . Many questions settings and options were not saved properly creating such issues . Can you please share admin creds to check question configuration ? Also please simply submit the quiz , set retakes in it and try to retake the quiz in order to refresh the proper configuration of the question

And also for the first quiz type of question - True or False type Options buttons is not visible to add options please check this quiz question type also
