Hi Team, I know that the topic "WPLMS 4 Speed" has been discussed many times. I have read many questions and answers in this forum and seen the videos (Servers Worker, Optimization WPLMS 4..). A lot of it is more confusing than a big help. Much is also rather individual. Can you therefore look at my installation once and help me? THX!

1 . Im sorry which confirmation email , do you mean activation email ? please try adding this code in plugin editor>> wplms customizer.php add_filter( 'bp_email_use_wp_mail', '__return_true' ); If you do not have wplms customizer plugin then You can get it from here- https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-customizer-plugin/ goto wp-admin -> lms – > settings -> touch points -> edit email template -> check if there is any template there . 2 . The admin password aint working anymore . Please share new one . Also please goto wp-admin->vibebp -> settings -> service worker-> check Scope of service worker is root , save settings then regenerate service worker . that will allow install icon in browser . Might improve speed issues .

Well I checked this out and found that the issue relies with server FCP . And the css called in wp_head . Most of your css files loading in wp head are from different plugins woocommerce and buddypress which is blocking render .Our css files taking no more than 300ms . Secondly there is some plugin which is using google font to fetch which is taking much time . thirdly the video on your home page , if possible please try to lazy load that video file or replace it with an image .

Hi Alex, thank you for your response! I use as few plugins as possible and am actually in the default of a wplms installation, with a few exceptions. On the checkout page of woocommerce, I have incorporated some CSS statement from your colleagues using the customizer. Can that be the reason why the page is so slow? What about the touch points? Should I delete them? And what about the dimensions of the APP-Icon. I need them otherwise I am not able to regenerate the service worker! Thanks for your support!!!

Can that be the reason why the page is so slow? no that cannot be the reason given that the css fix we gave your was a small code not a big file . The dimensions for pwa icons should be 512x512 .we have mentioned this there in the settings .

Hi Alex, thx for your response. So I managed to regenerate the service workers with the app-icon finally. ...but the site is still incredible slow in the mobil mode. I don't see any way to reduce the CSS code, especially since I'm largely in the WPLMS standard. So what else can I do? Is it better to work without service workers and use any plugin after all? (to be honest:..unfortunately using WPLMS is still quite tedious and time consuming). THX! THX!

Well we checked this again , on our browsers the load time is pretty good . but the page speed sites are showing the server response time is high. your site : https://www.bytecheck.com/results?resource=https%3A%2F%2Fe-vocal.com%2F the wait time should be lesser than 200ms , the main reason is your server response time if you are able to lower the response time you can boost the speed . I deactivated some plugins on your site to test this and yes it does increase the page speed score from 19 to 33

1 ..all the third party plugins . 2 . This you need to ask your webhost , one main key is to deactivating plugins which are causing the initial load . use this plugin to know which plugin is slowing down more : https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/ 3 . yes we are using google fonts but you can remove all of them from wp-admin-> wplms -> fonts manager and use custom font as well : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/add-custom-fonts-in-wplms/
