Just created a course with scorm package. But my student can not start course, after clicking the start course button its showing 3 dots button.
But continue course button works. Few days ago start course button worked.
But suddenly today its not working.
Could you please check ?
We have same login details.
Please check if your buddypress plugin is updated to latest version , try disabling the start course touch points from wp-admin -> lms -> touch pounts,
Share admin creds and site url for further assistance .

Hi we have pushed the fix but now the packages stopped working .
would request you to please update the wplms a plugin to latest version 1.4.7 .
and please also share your server pph error log or the path in the ftp to find it.

okay but how come we are so much behind from the plugin versions? i just recently upgraded all our plugins, that time i didn't see any updates from vibbp, wplms plugin! It looks we have been using old versions for a long time.
2 plugins updated, cache cleared. Now i dont see my profile details in dashboard, cannot see my enrolled courses. and there are so many errors in browser console.
also i need to enter my login details twice to login to my dashboard. and after i logs out from wordpress dashbaord, it still shows i am in logged in. Very frustrating.
Guys this is serious issue.
After updating those 2 plugins we see following issues until now (There might be more..). We need to fix these issues as quickly as possible.
- Paid course cannot added into the cart.
- Instructor/Student cannot view their profile/edit/add details while in dashboard. It seems their existing details are missing. No dashboard widgets are loading. Only student can see their dashboard widgets.
- Login issues (Logged in mode even we logs out already)

Update:
I deactivated and re activated both plugins and now i can see I can add the paid courses to cart (Woocommerce cart). Thats good :) but other issues still remain.
Please help.
- The paid courses not adding to cart seems like a cache problem. IF you are using any caching plugins make sure you keep the Cart and the checkout page un-cached in the caching plugin settings.
