Star Ratings / Parenthesis

After manually updating the theme I am having some styling issues with star.ratings and parenthesis, I have included screenshots below. Where I can safely edit this code? I found a fix while inspecting the code in Firebug, if I change: "( " to " ( "                 //by simply adding a space//   It looks good. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! I want to add that I downloaded the latest version from Envato marketplace that says it is v 1.9.9.1 but when I look at the Theme details in the admin dashboard under appearance, it says 1.9.6.1 so I am not sure if the Theme info is correct.

Your theme is outdated, please update your theme. Latest theme version is 1.9.9.1, and in theme details it will show version 1.9.9.1 only. If it is not showing then your theme is not updated properly.

Updating manually wasn't working but using the Envato username option for auto updates solved the issue. Thank you!
