Sticky header menu links

Hi, I've got a small issue with the logo alignment in sticky top menu. As you can see here (https://prnt.sc/l2kjmw)menu links are not aligned with the logo, but there's a huge padding-bottom. Can't find the right css class. Can you please help me with that ? https://adekoite-dev.fr/appli Thanks

@julien3z, Paste this custom css in wp-admin > Appearance > Customize >  Custom CSS header.mooc.fixed, header.sleek:not(.transparent).fixed nav{ margin-top:-50px !important; }
