Stuck in Loop – Can't Access Admin Section of Course

Hello, I'm not sure how I did this, but I can log in as an administrator to my site as seen here: http://prntscr.com/gxn88n However, when I navigate to the course page the site keeps logging me out as you can see here: http://prntscr.com/gxn8h9 Then, when I try to log in again, it keeps taking me to the homepage (which I believe is what I set it to do.) So I'm stuck in a loop where I can not access the course admin panel to check up on students. I spent over an hour on it yesterday and I don't know what I did but I was able to get back in there. However, when I logged back in today I'm having the same problem. I've tried switching the course owner between two accounts I have set up and the problem is the same for both accounts. Can you please help me understand what I need to do to fix this, and how I can avoid it happening again in the future? Thank you, Me

Hi, This is actually the browser cache issue. When you go to the course page after login simply reload the page, you'll see that you are logged in.
