Hi... Can you please clarify your issue, because you have just provided the credentials but we do not know what actually is the issue on your website to look into. Try explaining with some screenshots, or share the steps to replicate the issue.

Hi... Thanks for sharing the url, I checked your website and couldn't find any issue with the course. But I noticed that some woocommerce orders are pending on your website. This may be the reason, the students are purchasing the course but since the order is still pending so they do not get access to the course. Please go to wp-admin->woocommerce->orders, and complete the orders. For automatic completing orders please try using the woocommerce auto complete orders plugin.
