Well it seems to be connected with the third party plugins . wplms theme or any of its plugins does not interfere in the forums functionality except the course forum privacy . So please check settings of your third party plugins or actually try deactivating them .

i'm already fix this. The Bbpress 2.5 plugin that make this trouble. when i update and it fix.
