Student missing from course

Hello, I've added manually my wife as a student to check if the course is ok and even found a silly mistake that I've made (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/problem-finish-class/#post-125540) but somehow she is out of the course. She didn't finish it and i didn't change anything: http://prntscr.com/gbusk3 I honestly don't know how she was deleted form the course, how she lose access to it. It was because I add her manually? Will this happen with every student I add manually? Thanks for the help

Hi, A user is never removed from the course automatically in wplms. I remember I have added a tip in the knowledge base, a code which removes the student from the course when the course is finished. So I am not sure if you have added that code or not. The student can be removed from the course only if you have added that code, so please check your customizations. Otherwise the student is never removed from the course. If you have not added any such code then please replicate the issue on your end and share the exact steps to replicate the issue.

Hello, These are the codes I have on custom CSS. I got those from the foruns to don't show stars, reviews and number of students taking the course. Maybe I got one wrong? But the code you describe takes the student out when the course is finished. Hi, These are just custom css, css cannot remove any user from the course only the php code can remove the user from the course. ------------ Can you please share the site url, admin credentials and a test user credentials to check this on your website. PS: Please mark your reply as private while sharing the credentials.

Well that cannot happen on its own .Someone must have removed her from course . I checked your course and found no issues while doing course from her account . I also updated your two plugins which might have caused that issue . Please check and confirm .
