Student was not automatic added

Hello, A student bought the course but was not automatic added to it. As seen here https://prnt.sc/gnjc7y https://prnt.sc/gnjcey https://prnt.sc/gnjcgq I've search for asnwers and the product is conected to the course and the course is conected to the product (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/adding-students-to-course/ ) Please could you help out? Also the certificate page (https://prnt.sc/gnjix9 ) is weird and I couldn't find in the knowlodge base how to fix it.

Well wplms releases access to course to the user when the related woocommerce order gets completed . Please mark complete that order : " http://prntscr.com/gnt65f " and again check this issue . Please share certificate url and admin credentials to check issue with your certificate .

You can use this plugin to complete the successful orders automatically : https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-autocomplete-order/ please create new topic for your new quries as your new issue is not related to the context of this topic and also this query and solution that we will provide will not be visible to another facing same issue coz search based on title of the topic .
