Students switch to Expired for no reason

I'm going nuts. My classes are switching students from active to expired for no reason I can find. All of the classes are set to 12 years. I go in and extend their subscription to make them active and then months later they change to expired. All my classes are lifetime access. Please help. Hello, you have done the right thing to extend the subscription. please make sure your theme and plugins are updated to its latest version which is 3.9.2.

Yes, you have to extend the subscription from admin section for old users. for a new user, it will work according to the current settings.
