Style of PRICE OPTIONS+ button

Please update the style of PRICE OPTIONS+ on every screen to look a bit more button-like  (current dropdown list style is fine).   Right now, its confusing to know that someone needs to click on this text to show prices.  It does not even appear like a LINK.  PRICE OPTIONS should draw the eye as the next thing to do click on before TAKE THIS COURSE. Also, When someone hits TAKE THIS COURSE, the price options should be presented via current dropdown style the same way when someone hits the PRICE OPTIONS+ button/dropdown. Lastly, we should have the option of displaying the regular woo commerce price next to the price options button on each screen.  When someone is looking at a list of courses or course detail ... they have no idea as to base cost on the course until they click the button.   This should be optional, as some webmaster may want to keep the price hidden from the course directory.
