Switch existing site to demo 10 theme

Hi there! I'm trying to switch existing site to demo 10 style, provided with the last update, however it encounters some weird glitches: some shortcode is not supported on the homepage, the colors of the course page are somewhat mixed with different theme. I'd like some help setting it up the right way.
