    When I try to activate the theme, this error appears Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/itvet541/public_html/site/wp-content/themes/wplms/includes/actions.php on line 1655

    Ok it seems like that your server php version is outdated and is 5.3 or below . Please contact your webhost and ask them to upgrade your php version to atleast 5.6 or above (upto 7.0). Please do not use php version 7.1 as its unstable.
