Tabs cursor to work in text area (How-to)

When I press tab to get to this very text area, the cursor SKIPS over this to go to the next text area (in the instance of this message, after typing in the Topic Title, then press tab, it skips over this text editor and goes directly to the "Topic Tags" section. How can I make the cursor go directly to this text area? I'm having the same issues on my website. Thanks.

Sorry, but this is not possible coz its a wp- editor field and it does not recognizes tab press .Please use space to make some space before praragraph .
