Teacher and Student Registration Forms

Hello Support team. I'm using LMS on the website and have an issue connected with the Teacher and Student Registrations. At the top of the website I've Login and Sign up https://instatute.org/ .  From the Registration Form I've created a both the forms for the teacher and the student. But checking any filed for one form the other form is being checked. How to fix this issue and how to differentiate from the Sign Up I'm registering as a teacher or a student. Please support with the question and the issue. Thank you,

You need to create a become an instructor page and add the instructor registration shortcode in it.

1. Go to WP Admin->WPLMS->Course Manager

2. make sure that “Become an Instructor page” is set.

the instructor registration page open when the user clicks on the become an instructor button.
