We need to give course start permission after accept the terms and policy. once they click start the course learner must to accept the terms and policy. it can be popup or page, but after accept the popup or page only learner can start the course ? how will it be possible with WPLMS ?

Yeah Exactly that is what we need , but the popup message should be customize by our, and if it is possible we should get notified student agreed notification via mail. please provide us the popup scenario what you explained to us ?

Well in popup there will be page appear which you will select somehwere in lms settings . then after agreeing with terms and conditions user will be redirected to start course page .If not then he will stay on that page . I will enclose the fees for this customization tommorrow after discussin with Mr. Vibe .
