The certificate does not been generated automatically at the and of the course

The WPLMS does not generate the certificate automatically on the submit the course. And before the last update when the student finished the course the certificate was generated automatically. I Need to fix this issue?

  a. Make sure the Certificate is enabled in the Course Settings. b. Make sure you've set the Certificate percentage. Also share the certificate percentage. c. Are you using any page template ? d. If this is a fully automatic course, check the settings for a fully automatic course : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m5FVAMpgDpo e. Check the corresponding activity, go to Site.com/Activity and make sure the activity of student achieving the certificate is recorded. If the activity did not fire then it is possible that the student did not receive the certificate al together. f. Check the student marks in course , note the student id from the WP Admin - Users area. Edit the course in WP Admin, locate the custom fields metabox and get the meta value correspoding to the meta key  = user id. This value is the marks of the user in the course. Make sure this value is greater or equal to the certificate marks value.   Quick fix : Manually assign certificates to the user from Course - Admin area.

I tried all this options but still doesn't work. How to fix this issue? yes, Manually assign certificates to the user from Course still works, but i need certificates generated  automatically

The only reasons for this must be : User have not scored enough marks in the auto evaluated course have you checked the marks of the student in course is greater then or equal to the certificate marks ? Certificate not enabled or certificate percentage is not set in course settings(check from backend ). Check if the activities are enabled in your sit from settings -> buddypress -> components . If above does not helps then share the admin credentials and site url to check the issue at your end . PS: mark reply as private while sharing the info .

Hi, We have to generate certificate when user has attempted the quiz and videos associated with the course. Can you please help us how to identify that user has seen the associated videos atleast once? Also, please clarify the event when certificates are generated for a course. Thanks.

Certificates are only awarded to the user when user have finished the course and has scored enough marks(greater than the specified in course settings ) in course . Sorry awarding certificate won't be possible on video completion check .
