The course is automatically completing it self

Hi, I have this weird issue where if the student is on the last unit of the course, even if the user has not click anything yet, it will automatically send the course. I am using the content from iseazy.com. Im not sure what happen.

The steps to recreate is: 1. Login and take the course 2. finish the first unit 3. click next to go to the last unit 4. the page loads to go to the last unit 5. The page loads again even if you did not click anything (did not click the next button) 6. It will auto submit the last unit and the course is now complete

Please simply disable : "Auto trigger finish course button" from wp-admin -> lms -> settings :
