RTL mode means when you change the language and choose any Arabic language from Settings > General Settings Then it will adapt that setting and theme will show in Right to Left Mode We didn't mentioned anywhere that it will automatically convert the strings and start showing Arabic translated strings Using loco Translate plugin, you need to convert these English Strings and you have to manually add the Arabic Strings which you want to show Or you can check any third-party plugin which support Automatic translation and it will work for you I hope my points are clear
