The widget to validate certificates does not work

Hi! I try to validate the certificates of the courses, but when I click validate, only the url changes, but nothing else.

@edwinnoriega Now your certificate validate widget is working, you can check. You have not set the page in wplms->Course manager->http://prntscr.com/o1srib You need to set here your those page whose having the certificate template but now i have set your settings. So you need to test only.
