Theme Generally not working after setup

Hey there i have installed the theme and follow what i can understand of the tutorials, but things seems not working at all. imported sample data and started to work over it to undertstand but  i cannot even get the already existing quizzed working. When i create a new users, after i login the user is loog out automatically and  i cannot even change the avatar.   i am using also the DWQ&A plung and when i am logged with a user different than admin i cannot post a questions, The asign roles to users is nowhere to be found. Any idea what is wrong ?

Please note that in wplms user can post questions form the curse status page in which she pursues course . refer :  http://prntscr.com/b90ftg Please check the question creation ,manage and deletion settings from wp-admin -> Questions -> settings -> permissions .
