when I post a topic for support for 5 days and get no response at all in the RTL forum, then I've the right to complain about the support and reply time. I understand you're busy working to answer other people, but I believe you could at least replied anything or helped even a little in the issue.
AGAIN today, when I tried to get some attention to my issues. my new topic was marked as SPAM. and that was just fine but when I didn't see any response on the original topic then I felt ignored. at least you could just mentioned that you saw the topic and working to fix my issues.
