Hi ... when I post a topic for support for 5 days and get no response at all in the RTL forum, then I've the right to complain about the support and reply time. I understand you're busy working to answer other people, but I believe  you could at least replied anything or helped even a little in the issue. AGAIN today, when I tried to get some attention to my issues. my new topic was marked as SPAM. and that was just fine but when I didn't see any response on the original topic then I felt ignored. at least you could just mentioned that you saw the topic and working to fix my issues. and this is the original post. https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/various-issues-with-the-mobile-version this is the post that was marked as a spam. https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/various-issues-with-the-mobile-version-2/ and I would like to contact someone to report this misunderstanding from you. because this wasn't a professional support at all.

Hello, I am sorry for the delay response. i agree with your words & complain. we are not ignoring the messages, yes it was marked as spam here: http://prntscr.com/nd4c8e we could not check the hidden message. we have moved it in a right place.  just have a little faith in me, give me sometime, we are working on it.
