When my students takes a quiz (though watupro quiz) with timer (30 min) the timer goes very fast, e.g. quiz completed within 30 sec instead of 30 min. Moreover, few hours ago it was working fine.

Please share FTP credentials as well the WP admin area is not showing the editor section, to make changes and check the code of watupro quiz.
p.s : This is not covered in theme support (link , screenshot) but we're checking this case to help you with the issue in "WatuPro quiz" which should have been ideally handled by Watupro. So you may want to re-consider why you're paying for a quiz system with poor support who just know how to pass the buck.
