    I'm using the WPLMS DEMO 5 theme. Could you please advise how can I change the title background color. I have options in the appearance->customize->header. I have also explored the past posts on this topic but that solution doesn't seem to work in my case (https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/title-background-color/). Please provide help on this issue.

    well you are using transparent header style .With this header style title bg image settings added to the page settings option . Set the bg image by editing page in back end .
