top header menu bar – mobile view

Hello, www.dbvidya.com , "top  header menu" appears  with menu items in desk top view. In mobile ,  blank menu bar appears , I mean without menu items. Please let me know , any setting for  top header menu items to appear in <span style="text-decoration: underline;">mobile view</span>. Thanks and REgards, Sanjay
