    I have correctly set up my top menu in customizer and tried on the back end of WP. It's all there but won't show up.  And yes, I have chosen a header that supports both main menu and top menu... How do I make the top menu show up???

    Hello, Now it is available you can choose what you want to show. it was not showing because you have to select two options. http://prntscr.com/parfia in your LMS settings, there are two options that you have selected menu for instructor and for students. http://prntscr.com/pasptn that's why in menu option two more options were available that is the top menu for student and top menu for instructor so you have to choose both of them to show up the top menu.
